Election Day

Tomorrow is a very important day in our country's history...election day. I hope that all who read this blog will make an informed decision and vote.

My vote has been cast and I hope that American's make the right decision at the polls.

Rain, rain go away...

April showers bring May flowers. If that is true, we should have a garden full of the most beautiful blooms come Thursday! Lawrence has been working very diligently (on his one day off per week) on making our front yard flower beds beautiful. So far he has done a wonderful job! The front yard is looking fantastic and only needs a few more plants to be complete for Spring/Summer. Next up, the jungle we call the back yard!

In exciting news, my parents are getting another new puppy. They have a one year old Swedish golden retriever (think Oprah's dog) named Lia, but she needs a friend. They have been waiting very patiently for a litter of puppies to be born with the breeder they got Lia from. So, without further ado, mom and dad and princess puppy dog Lia are pleased to announce the birth of their new puppy, Saturday, April 26. There are 5 boys and 2 girls, so it looks like in about 8 weeks a sweet little boy will be joining our crazy family!
