Little Gym

This summer, we thought it would be fun to try out a session of Little Gym. So far Vaughan has really liked it! He is the biggest kid in the class so he is not as light on his feet as some of the other kids, but he tries really hard. The video below is him attempting his first "doughnut roll"

Catching Up

I have been out of pocket for the past several months, and for that I am sorry. I am going to go back and fill in the blanks. The week after my last post, Valentine's Day, my Grandfather became ill and was admitted to the hospital. By the end of the week it was determined that he had cancer and the following week it was determined that it was stage 4 lung cancer and was inoperable. My waking moments were spent with my Pawpaw. He passed away 4 weeks after being admitted. I will touch more on my Pawpaw in a post I will back date to the day of his funeral, March 24, 2012, very soon.

So now, I will fill in the details of sweet Vaughan's life from February 15 until today June 25, on the day they occurred.

Good Morning

Lately, Vaughan has to go to bed with his toys (Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Bulleye). Last night he added his favorite hat to the mix. This is what I found when I went into his room this morning.

Dinner Time

After a long afternoon of running errands we decided to have El Porton for dinner (just what this preggo wanted). Vaughan was equally excited. This kids loves salsa :)

Applesauce aka FroYo

This afternoon, Nana and Papa invited Vaughan (and by default Mommy and Daddy) for yogurt, or "applesauce" as Vaughan calls it!


Vaughan is over 3' tall!

Father's Day!

Father's Day was a great day, even though Vaughan thought I was his father and he told me he was going to get me shoes (still waiting buddy). We went to Nana and Papa's for breakfast, spent the afternoon with Daddy and had dinner with ChaCha and Grandad. Talk about a B-U-S-Y, yet very fun, day!

Summer School

Today was the first day of summer session (and water play day). Someone was VERY excited!!
